These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services of MH Lake Norman, LLC ("MH Lake Norman", "we", "us", or "our"), including its brands NC Massage School and Massage Heights Jetton Village (each a trade name / DBA of MH Lake Norman, LLC). By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of our services

You agree to use our websites and services for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them or to other users' information.

2. Brands and programs

Specific programs and services are provided under our brands and may have their own additional agreements (for example, NC Massage School's enrollment agreement or Massage Heights Jetton Village's membership terms). Where an additional agreement applies, it governs that specific service.

3. Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, the Messaging & SMS Terms apply. SMS is optional; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel.

4. Intellectual property

The content, marks, and materials on our websites are owned by or licensed to MH Lake Norman, LLC and its brands and may not be used without permission.
